each one to also ask me first before they go ahead and waste money on
expensive supplements from the site. I find the advice and general information great and in cases such as THIS, AMAZING.. but have never bought an item yet from the site. Marketing is what makes the world go around and I understand the need to make a living. However, if a supplement is added into an article as the next best thing (and is MADE by said
article writer, I would consult a knowledgable nutrition specialist
like myself before you take the plunge and open that wallet.
The mind is the final frontier to conquer. Super food supplements are
not the answer.
Here is what I would eat instead of a super whey complete supplement.
Super cheap protein meal with all the trimmings:
whey isolate ( just don't buy the cheapest). Iso-xp is good
Olive oil
All natural peanut butter
Greens type supplement
Add berries (half cup or less) to flavour
Blend with or without ice cubes.
Enjoy.
